Test your 7 iron descent angle. Next time you are on a monitor, track carry, spin, peak height, and descent angle for 6 to 8 shots. If descent stays under 40 degrees, the club may be going farther without landing steep enough to hold greens.

Those numbers tell a clear story. At 105 mph swing speed, 3,400 rpm is running about 400 to 500 rpm higher than the optimal window for your speed. That extra spin is what is causing the balloon - the ball is climbing instead of penetrating. The 16 degree launch is also a degree or two high for your speed, which compounds the problem.
The Ventus Blue 6S is a mid-launch, mid-spin shaft. It is a good shaft but it may not be the right profile for the way you load the club. If you are an aggressive transitioner or you tend to cast slightly, the Blue can add spin rather than reduce it. The Ventus Black in the same weight and flex is a lower-spin, lower-launch option worth comparing directly.
Before changing anything I would want to know - are these numbers consistent across multiple sessions or did something change recently? And has your attack angle been measured? A positive attack angle at your speed should be helping spin down, so if it is neutral or negative that is worth addressing first.

These are strong numbers. A 1.48 smash factor on a driver is excellent - that tells you the strike is very efficient and you are not losing energy at impact. Ball speed at 159.4 with a club speed of 107.7 confirms that.
The spin rate at 2,957 rpm is right in the window for your speed. Launch angle at 10.6 degrees is on the lower side - for 107 mph most players see the best carry between 11 and 13 degrees - but your total of 277 yards suggests the low launch is not costing you much distance. The 88 foot apex is lower than average for this speed, which means the ball is running out well after landing.
The face angle at 2.8 degrees open with a club path of 3.5 degrees gives you a face-to-path of -0.7 degrees, which is nearly neutral. That explains the 3.4 feet right total - a very manageable miss.
Honestly there is not much to fix here. If you want more carry you could explore a slightly higher launch by teeing the ball up a touch or opening the loft a half degree if your driver is adjustable. But these are the numbers of a driver that is working. What made you think something needed to change?

What to Test Next
Get back on a launch monitor and test your driver with a lower-torque shaft. Bring your current gamer and ask the fitter to hit it alongside a 60g X-flex in the same head. You are looking for dynamic loft to drop below 13 degrees and spin to come back under 3,000 rpm. If both move in the right direction with the new shaft, you have your answer.
